The purpose of this letter is to acknowledge our appreciation
of a job well done. Our office contracted yourself for a
job that involved the dismantling of 11 employee workstations
and removal of carpet and then the actual renovation of
laying new carpet and paint throughout. On top of this you
were contracted to design and construct a reception area
and then reassemble the existing workstations.
The timing and flexibility was critical for the fact that
we had to continue managing the business of Dispatch and
Inventory of package lubricants for Western Canada throughout
the transition. Due to your flexibility and accommodation
to meet our needs, the job was completed on schedule with
no customer impact and no complaints from those employees
inconvenienced by the renovation.
It has been several months since the renovation and we
continue to get comments on the quality of work in your
workmanship and supplies.
Your commitment to service and quality was very evident
and I would welcome you to add us to your reference list

The Alkim team finished our renovation project to complete
satisfaction.
The project consisted of the removal of
a couple of walls, adding and expanding existing offices,
new plumbing, electrical and flooring.
Our equipment is extremely sensitive to
dust and movement. With this in mind, Alkim still managed
to complete the job on budget, and in fact ahead of schedule
with very little disruption to our ongoing business.
The Alkim crew worked very well under
our unique situation and remained courteous as well as keeping
a neat and tidy work area at all times.

In
the spring of 1986, I began to put my plans into action
relative to creating the "best possible Child Care
Facility in Alberta".
In so doing, I first secured a space to
lease and secondly designed the plans for the interior of
this facility.
I then contacted numerous contractors to speak to them about
price, quality, timing etc. My husband and I knew almost
the first time we spoke to Alfred Dohmann from ALKIM INTERIOR
CONTRACTORS LTD. that this was the company who would help
us begin our "dream".
Although their quotation was anything
but the lowest we received, somehow Alfred instilled a confidence
in us that he would deliver exactly what he promised and
that we could "count on him".
Well we gambled on this decision and have
never regretted that decision. During the first two or three
years I had one or two things that I needed to call Alfred
for, probably items or matters that Alfred’s company
owed us no warranty or follow up on, but never once did
Alfred say no or give me the feeling I was bothering him.
In fact quite the contrary he immediately set out to help
me solve whatever the minor concern was.
It’s now six years since Alfred constructed the interior
of TENDER HEART CHILD CARE CENTER LTD. and still today we
are proud of the job he and his employees or sub-contractors
did for us.

for a letter of reference.
It is very easy to write this letter,
as Alfred has been a pleasure to work with. He not only
listened to our concerns and challenges, but he offered
solutions beyond what we may have had in mind. These solutions
were always well thought out, well informed and consistently
within our budget.
Our renovations were done during regular
office hours, however, we experienced a minimal amount of
inconvenience. The staff and contractors for our renovations
were most professional.
We would not hesitate to contact Alfred
